Greenwich Man Arrested after Unsupervised Toddler Wanders into Neighbor’s Yard Twice

Greenwich Police charged a Riverside man on Feb 24 with Risk of Injury to a Child after a neighbor found the suspect’s toddler playing in her yard unsupervised for the second time in a week.

Investigation revealed that Song Peng, 43, of Riverside allowed his three-year-old son to play outside unsupervised and was unaware that his son was missing until Greenwich Police told him.

Mr. Peng was processed and released. He has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on March 24, 2021.
