Greenwich Police responded to the area of Field Point Rd and West Putnam Ave around 9:30pm on June 21 on a report of a car crash.
Police say when they arrived they identified one of the drivers as Erica Yolanda Lopez-Munguia, 19, of Norwalk.
Lopez-Munguia was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
She was charged with DUI and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.
Her bond was set at $250 and she has a date in Stamford Superior Court on July 6, 2020.
