On April 20 Greenwich Police spotted a car in Old Greenwich missing its front license plate and pulled the car over.
Upon investigation police determined the driver was in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The passenger, Shaquille Jahriah Watkins, 27, of Stamford was found to be in possession of a large amount of marijuana (19.8 grams) and drug paraphernalia.
Watkins was charged with Possession of controlled Substance >1/2 Oz Cannabis and Use/Possession Drug Paraphernalia.
He was released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on May 20, 2021.
