Michael Monsalve-Ramirez, 22, of 61 Suncrest Road in Norwalk was arrested on May 14 around 10:00pm after Greenwich Police performed a motor vehicle stop for violations.
Investigation revealed that one of the people in the car had an outstanding warrant out of Wilton.
Mr. Monsalve-Ramirez, was charged with Failure to Respond to an Infraction. He was assigned a court date on May 29, in Norwalk Court.
