On Feb 22 Greenwich Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take custody of a Queens, NY man, Bryan Leandro Herrera-Maldonado who had an extraditable arrest warrant from GPD for charges stemming back to a burglary in January 2020 on Sherwood Farms Lane in Glenville.
Herrera-Maldonado, 25, was was transported to Greenwich where he was charged with Larceny 1, Burglary 1 and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary 1.
Mr. Herrera-Maldonado’s court set bond was $250,000, which he was unable to post, and he was subsequently placed into a GPD cell block.
He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 23.
