On Aug 17, Greenwich Police responded to an address in Cos Cob on a report of an unwanted intoxicated man.
Police say investigation revealed that the offender, John Sweeney, 52, of Washington, DC, had shown up unexpectedly the previous day and was formally advised not to return in the future.
Police say the homeowner also indicated she did not want the offender at her residence and had made that clear.
Mr. Sweeney was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass 1st degree.
He did not post his $1,000 bond and at the time of the report was being held at Greenwich Police headquarters.
