A resident of Old Greenwich called police to say that sometime in the overnight hours between Saturday and Sunday, Town beach passes and gift cards were stolen from their Subaru Forester on Halsey Drive.
On Friday morning a resident reported their bike was stolen from the Old Greenwich Train station. The owner said the bike had been locked.
A shopper at Whole Foods reported her purse was stolen from her cart while she was shopping on Saturday afternoon.
On Tuesday Police Chief Heavey said during a promotion ceremony that all residents should be responsible and keep their cars locked, bring keys inside and not leave valuables visible.
