On Dec 4 a Florida man surrendered to Greenwich Police on outstanding charges of Assault 3rd degree, Strangulation/Suffocate 2nd degree and Unlawful Restraint 2nd degree for an incident on Orchard Hill Lane on August 15, 2018.
Darnell L Davis, 43, of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach surrendered to Greenwich Police after learning of a warrant for his arrest.
Mr. Davis chose not to post his $10,000 bond and was transported to Stamford Superior Court for same day arraignment.
