On Friday, May 4 around 5:40am Greenwich Police were detailed to a residence in Armstrong Court on a report of a physical fight between two men and a woman.
Officer’s investigation confirmed there had been a fight and that a woman was struck while attempting to break it up.
All three individuals sustained injuries that required medical attention.
Dale Booker Jr, 28, of Dora Street in Stamford was charged with two counts of Assault 3, Threatening 1 and Conspiracy to Commit Disorderly Conduct.
He was released on a Promise to Appear in Stamford Superior Court on May 7, 2018.
