A Greenwich man was arrested on Saturday after officers responded to a larceny complaint at 130 Post Road in which the proprietor requested a person be banned from the store.
Police learned that the suspect, Kyle Casuto, 42, of Greenwich, had an active warrant for failure to appear for a scheduled court date on May 14, 2024.
Casuto was charged with Failure to Appear 2 and was assigned a new date in court on June 10,2024.
Casuto was unable to post his court set bond of $25,000 and was placed into a cell at Greenwich Police headquarters.
