Juan Diaz, 25, of 397 Boston Post Road in Darien was arrested on the evening of July 16 for Failure to Appear after Greenwich Police were notified by Stamford Police Dept of a man in custody who had been arrested on an active warrant.
Greenwich Police verified the warrant and took Mr. Diaz into custody.
Diaz was processed for Failure to Appear 1st degree for an incident stemming from a prior offense of Larceny 3rd degree. He was able to post court set bond of $10,000 and was released from custody. He was assigned a date to appear at Stamford Superior Court on August 1, 2016.
