Duo Caught on Abandoned Back Country Property Charged with Criminal Trespass

police stationOn Monday at about 7:00pm, Greenwich Police received a report of a suspicious female walking in the woods near an abandoned property.

Greenwich Police responded to 215 West Old Mill Rd and located a man and a woman on the property. Both related that they had driven their vehicle onto the property and that it had become stuck, and that both knew they were not allowed on the property.

As a result of this investigation Randi Urizar-Gonzalez, 27, of 465 Greenwood St Bridgeport, and Yubelkis Polanco-Perez, 25, of 601 W 189 st Apt. 4D, New York NY were placed under arrest and charged with Criminal Trespass 1st degree.

Urizar-Gonzalez and Polanco-Perez were each released on a $250 cash bond and assigned a court of June 1 in Stamford Superior Court.
