Michael James Pope, 52, of 44 Sound Beach Ave in Old Greenwich was arrested on Dec 5 and charged with DUI and Unsafe Movement.
On Monday at about 8:00pm, Greenwich Police responded to Sound Beach Ave on a report of a three-car accident.
During investigation it was found that Mr. Pope had the odor of alcoholic type beverage. He was instructed to perform a series of field sobriety tests, which he did not perform to standard.
He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec. 19. He was released on a $250 bond.
