Greenwich police responded to Old Track Road on Oct 14 around 8:00pm on a report of an intoxicated man parked in the J Lofts Apartments parking lot in an idling vehicle.
Upon arrival, officers identified the man as David Kent Joslin, 48, of 16 Old Track Rd.
EMS determined Mr. Joslin was unfit to care for himself and transported him to Greenwich Hospital, who discharged him shortly after.
Joslin declined to submit to field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI.
His bond was set at $250, which he was unable to post. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 29, 2018.
