On Aug 29 Greenwich Police patrolling West Putnam Avenue around 2:30am observed a car near Lake Ave swerving in and out of its lane.
Police stopped the car and detected the smell of alcohol on the driver, identified as Francesco Zeri, 59, of 22 Dairy Rd.
Mr.Zeri was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He was charged with DUI and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane. His bond was set at $250 and he has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Aug 29, 2018.
