DUI for Driver Traveling Too Slow on West Putnam Ave

Greenwich Police on Friday, Aug 20 around 5:00am conducted a motor vehicle stop of a car traveling east on West Putnam Ave at an unsafe slow speed.

Police say Alicia Ramos-Rodriguez, 25, of Stamford jumped from the driver seat into the rear seats. Also, she slurred her words as she spoke with officers and could not give full responses to questions.

Ms Ramos-Rodriguez was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard and was charged with DUI as well as Driving at Too Slow Speed, Driving without a License, Driving an Unregistered Vehicle, Improper Use of a Marker and Failure to Display Lights.

Her bond was $250, which she was unable to post.

She has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 3, 2021.
