On Tuesday morning around 6:20am, Greenwich Police responded to a report of a car idling with its hazards on for over an hour on Mead Ave in Byram.
Investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Nehemias Yac, 20, of Hurst St in Stamford had red glassy eyes and the odor of alcoholic beverages.
He was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard and was charged with DUI as well as Driving without a License.
His bond was set at $250 which he was able to post he has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 31, 2018.
