Greenwich Police conducting a radar speed enforcement detail i the area of 781 North Street spotted a silver Toyota RAV4 headed north, clocked at 56mph in a 40mph zone.
After conducting a motor vehicle stop, the driver, Judson Morris, 32, of Bedford, NY, related he had been drinking earlier. Officers detected the odor of alcohol.
Morris was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He was charged with DUI and Speeding.
His bond was set at $250 and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on March 17, 2021.
