Rafael Jose Ribeiro De Godoy, 27, of Church Street was arrested on June 10 around 1:00am after Greenwich Police observed a gray Honda Civic fail to maintain its lane on West Putnam Ave near Greenwich Avenue.
A motor vehicle stop was initiated by officers and field sobriety tests were administered.
Mr. Ribeiro De Godoy was unable to perform the tests to standard and was charged with DUI and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.
He was also found not to have a valid driver’s license and was also charged with Operating without a License.
His bond was set at $200 and he has a date in Stamford Superior Court on June 24, 2019.
