On Thursday, November 12, 2015, Thomas J. Imbrogno, 24, of 248 Byram Rd was found to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a alcoholic beverage. The incident occurred on Alexander Street in Chickahominy.
During the course of the investigation Imbrogno failed and refused to submit to a series of standardized field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for DUI.
The accused was processed and released on a $250 cash bond. Mr. Imbrogno is scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior Court on Nov. 20.
