On Jan 26, around 4:30pm, Greenwich Police responded to the area of East Putnam Ave and Sound Beach Ave Extension on a report of an intoxicated man observed by an off duty officer.
The driver was spotted exiting his vehicle and urinating in the roadway.
The driver, Andrew Allen Lieberman, 27, of Montclair, New Jersey did not perform field sobriety tests to standard. He was charged with DUI and Breach of Peace 2.
He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 11, 2019.
