Drug Dealer Pleads Guilty Thanks to Task Force that Includes Greenwich Police

 The plea was announced by Deirdre Daly, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut.

Duren is scheduled to be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Alvin W. Thompson in Hartford on November 29, 2017, at which time he faces a maximum term of imprisonment of 20 years.

Duren is released on a $50,000 bond pending sentencing.

This investigation is being conducted by the DEA’s New Haven Tactical Diversion Squad, which includes officers from the Greenwich, Bristol, Hamden, Milford, New Haven, Shelton, Vernon and Wilton Police Departments.  The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Avi M. Perry.
