On the night of Friday, Jan 8, Greenwich Police stopped a car in the area of Windy Knolls and Byram Terrace Drive in Pemberwick, the driver was found in possession of alcohol while in the presence of four people under 21.
Marissa Marie Velez, 21, of Stamford was charged with Permitting Minor to Possess Alcohol, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Velez has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 8, 2021.
