Dispute Between Jogger and Jeep Driver by Pemberwick Park Results in Arrest

At approximately 7:30am on Nov. 24, Greenwich Police responded to Pemberwick Park on a report of a verbal dispute between a jogger and the driver of a black Jeep Wrangler.

While en route, the jogger reported that the Jeep, driven by George Siclari, 36, of 330 S Regent St in Port Chester, followed her and harassed her while driving on the wrong side of the road as she was jogging.

The investigation revealed there were four thin fingers marks in the road grime of the Jeep’s rear window.

Before being released, the accused was issued Misdemeanor Summons for Breach of Peace 2nd degree and has a court date of Dec. 2, 2015 in Stamford Superior Court.
