On Sunday around 3:00am Greenwich Police were detailed to a residence on Highview Ave in Old Greenwich on a report of an out of control man.
Upon arrival, investigation revealed that there had been a physical fight between two men and that the fight had resulted in minor physical injuries to one of the parties.
John Lovell Kerbs, 23, of 54 Highview Ave in Old Greenwich was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
He was unable to post his $2,500 bond. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Aug 27, 2018.
