Richard D Schwartz, 28, of 51 Pecksland Rd, Cottage, was arrested by Greenwich Police at his residence at about 11:00pm on Dec. 20 and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
As of Dec. 20, Schwartz was unable to post a $250 bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 21 in Stamford Superior Court.
