Cody Hughes, 35, of 11 Anthony Place in Greenwich was arrested on March 15 at about 11:15 pm following an incident on Anthony Place.
On that evening Greenwich Police investigation revealed that Mr. Hughes was the primary aggressor during a physical altercation with another resident in his house.
Both parties sustained minor physical injuries.
Mr. Hughes was was charged with Disorderly Conduct and assigned a court date of March 16 in Stamford Superior Court.
