Martin Tollef Hanssen, 58, of 55 Nicholas Ave was arrested on Jan 18 after Greenwich Police were detailed to Nicholas Ave to investigate the report of a possible altercation between two people.
Police determined that Mr. Hanssen had placed is hand to the throat of the other person. According to the Police release, “No pressure was applied and no injuries were sustained”
Mr. Hanssen was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. He was released at the scene on a Promise to Appear in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 19, 2016.
