Rovilson Ribeiro Moraler, 33, was arrested on June 19 for an incident on Weaver Street. On Sunday morning Greenwich Police responded to Weaver Street on a report of a dispute.
The investigation revealed that Mr. Moraler and the victim engaged in a verbal dispute that became physical. Mr. Moraler was placed under arrest and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Assault 3rd degree.
His bond was set at $1,000, which he was able to post. He has a date scheduled in court for June 20 in Stamford Superior Court.
