CT Sate Police have released the results of their holiday enforcement efforts.
There were 30 arrests for Driving Under the Influence, 1,307 Tickets of which 473 were for Speeding, 46 for Seatbelt Violations, and 31 for Distracted Driving.
As on Sunday afternoon State police report no fatalities.
Over the holiday weekend, Troopers conducted DUI roving patrols and spot checks on state roads.
Troop G announced in advance of the holiday that on July 5 from from 7:00pm to 3:00am they would have roving DUI patrols on I-95 in the Stamford, Norwalk and Greenwich area, as well as in the area of Route 7 in Norwalk.
