On Tuesday Greenwich Police issued an update on the crash involving a motor vehicle crash on Monday.
They said the call came into GPD Dispatch at about 2:00pm.
The crash involved a motor vehicle and a motorcycle, and occurred on Lake Ave at its intersection with Rock Ridge Ave.
Upon Police arrival they determined that the motorcycle driver had a serious injury to his leg and was transported by ambulance to Stamford Emergency Department for treatment.
The operator was listed in serious condition due to his injury, but is likely to recover.
The driver of the motor vehicle was not injured.
The investigation is still ongoing at this time and no charges have been specified.
