Colin Dunster, 24, of 208 Bible Street in Greenwich was arrested on Tuesday, for an incident that took place about 9:00pm on March 6 on Stanwich Rd in Cos Cob.
On Tuesday, Greenwich Police officers responded to headquarters for a subject turning himself in on an active arrest warrant.
The subject was identified as Colin S Dunster. His arrest warrant was confirmed to be active and he was placed under arrest for Evading Responsibility, DUI, Improper Passing and Fail to Drive in Proper Lane.
His bond was set at $25,000, which he was able to post. He was released and assigned a court date of June 15 in Stamford Superior Court.
