A Stamford man was arrested after a fight in a car on Thursday, June 4.
Around 2:00pm police responded to a parking lot in Cos Cob on a complaint of a fight.
Investigation revealed that during the argument Nelson Counne, 67, of Davenport Drive in Stamford, hit the victim’s prescription sunglasses off her head while she was driving, causing a contusion.
Mr. Counne was charged with Assault 3 and Conspiracy to Commit Breach of Peace 2 and his bond was set at $1,000.
Counne was assigned a date in Bridgeport Superior Court on June 5, 2020.
