Ansley Harris Scutter, 29, of 75 Josephine Evaristo Ave in Greenwich was charged with DUI, Failure to Wear Seatbelt, and Restricted Turns Signal after she turned herself in at the Greenwich Police station on Friday on an outstanding warrant for an incident on Edgewood at 12:43am on June 30.
Scutter’s bond was set at $15,000 and she has a court date at Stamford Superior Court on Nov. 16
