On April 5, around 2:00am, Greenwich Police responded to the west end of town to investigate a domestic incident.
Investigation revealed that Joseph B Miranda, 39, of Prospect Street in Greenwich had pushed the victim several times during an altercation.
Miranda was taken into custody for a charge of Disorderly Conduct.
His bond was set at $4,000 which he was unable to post.
He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 5, 2019.
