On Nov 25 Greenwich Police responded to an address in Byram on a report of a physical fight. On scene investigation revealed that the suspect, Josiel Silveira, 34, of 324 Delavan Ave had struck the victim and damaged items in the residence.
Silveira was charged with Risk of Injury to a Child, Criminal Mischief 2, Disorderly conduct, Interfering with an Emergency Call and Assault 3.
Silveira’s bond was set at $100 and he was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court the following morning.
