On August 15 at about 6:45am, officers from the Greenwich Police Department arrived at 124 Ritch Ave, Building B Apt 303 to serve a warrant for the arrest of Nicholas A. DeBellis signed by Honorable judge Truglia and issued on April 29, 2013 for Failure to Appear 2nd degree, a charge originating from a motor vehicle stop in Greenwich on Feb 11, 2013.
Debellis was able to make bond of $1,500 and assigned a new court date in Stamford Superior Court on Aug 22, 2016.
On August 15, Mr. DeBellis was arrested at his residence on Ritch Ave after being informed of the outstanding warrant. He was hand-cuffed and transported to Greenwich Police Headquarters without incident.
