Kiani R Henderson, 29, of 1125 Martin L King Blvd in the Bronx was arrested on Jan 13 at 3:20am after officers were detailed to Greenwich Police headquarters to serve an arrest warrant.
The warrant detailed that Mr. Henderson failed to appear on Oct. 8, 2014 to answer to charges of Forgery 2nd degree, Possession of Narcotics and Obtaining Controlled Substance by Fraud. The original charges had a bond set at $5,000.
The warrant had an assigned charge of Failure to Appear 1st degree with a court assigned bond of $10,000.
Mr. Henderson was identified by his New York driver’s license. He was processed and, as of Jan. 13, had not yet posted bond. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan. 13.
