On Jan 21, Greenwich Police responded to Chickahominy on a report of a verbal dispute.
Investigation revealed that Emily Stotesberry, 23, of 10 Wynn Lane in Greenwich had broken property belonging to the victim.
Based on the victim’s statement, statements made from both subjects and through visual conformation, police concludes Ms. Stotesberry had broken the property.
Ms. Stotesberry was issued a summons for Criminal Mischief 3 and Disorderly Conduct.
She was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 22, 2018.
