On Feb. 13 at about 2:00am, Greenwich Police responded with multiple units to a residence in Byram on the report of an altercation between two intoxicated roommates.
After on scene investigation, it was determined that one of the two offending male parties, Spencer James Chakedis, 43, of 274 South Water Street, had become engaged in a verbal argument with one of his roommates, waking up two other roommates in the process.
Mr. Chakedis was given a Misdemeanor Summons for Breach of Peace 2nd Degree and assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb. 16, 2016
