On Friday, Sept 21 around 7:00pm Greenwich Police responded to Burying Hill Road in back country on a report of a verbal argument.
On scene investigation revealed that the victim claimed the offender began the argument and that it had escalated when the offender slammed some computer equipment.
Both offender and victim were interviewed and provided similar accounts of the incident.
Police arrested Carmen E Santos, 43, of 82 The Farms Rd in Bedford, NY and charged her with Disorderly Conduct.
Her bond was set at $200 and she was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 2, 2018.
