On October 5 Alexander M Sanzo, 29, of 67 John St in Greenwich surrendered at Greenwich Police headquarters on an active warrant for charges stemming from a car accident on August 29, 2015 on W Ritch Ave in Byram.
Sanzo was charged with DUI, Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Mr. Sanzo posted a $250 cash bond and was released. Mr. Sanzo is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on October 14, 2015.
