On Sunday Oct 14, Greenwich Police responded to 6 Liberty Way, which is the address of NY Sports Club, to serve an active arrest warrant for Elliott Brown, 26, of Cove Rd in Stamford.
Mr. Brown was arrested and charged with Larceny 4 connected to an incident that occurred over the summer. According to police Mr. Brown stole a handbag from Saks Fifth Avenue on August 11.
During the search of Mr. Brown incident his arrest police found a five inch butterfly knife in his bag.
He was additionally charged with Carrying a Dangerous Weapon.
His combined bond on both charges was $3,000 which he was able to post. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 29, 2018.
