On Feb 1 around 4:15am Greenwich Police received an anonymous tip that a male driver had crashed into a parked vehicle in the area of Windy Knolls in Pemberwick.
When police arrived on scene, they say the driver, Eduardo B Gonzalez, 47, of Crescent Street in Shrewsbury, MA, smelled of alcohol and was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
Gonzalez was charged with DUI and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane. He was able to post his $300 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 15, 2019.
