On July 19, members of the Greenwich Police Narcotics Section arrested Carlos Chincha, 30, of 29 North Water St, after learning of an active warrant for his arrest.
The original warrant stemmed back to an incident on North Water Street in Byram on March 4, 2013 when Mr. Chincha was arrested for Possession of Drug Parapernalia; Manufacture, Distribution, Sale of Presc; Sale/Possession within 1,500 ft of Prohibited Place; Illegal Possession of Marijuana and Illegal Possession Near School.
Chincha was unable to post his court set $20,000 bond and was remanded to custody. He is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on July 27, 2016.
