Thompson Torrey Bosee, 61 was 36 when he was arrested for a DUI on Sound Beach Ave. Time caught up with Mr. Bosee on Tuesday, when Greenwich Police were detailed to Little Cove Place to conduct a welfare check.
During the investigation officers learned Mr. Bosee had an active arrest warrant held by the Greenwich Police Dept for a 1991 DUI.
Bosee was cleared medically by the responding GEMS ambulance. He refused medical assistance and was placed under arrest for Failure to Appear 2nd stemming for the 1991 incident.
He was able to post his court set bond of $500 and was given a court date of August 2, 2016 in the Stamford Superior Court.
