An application has been submitted to the Dept of Public Works Buildings division to demolish a home at 14 Anderson Road in Greenwich. The application was filed on May 3.
The single family home, which is part of the Milbrook Association, was built in 1931. The application was noticed by Rosehill Land Company LLC, which is registered to Laura and Tom Feda.
The home last sold from Myrthine Kaep to Laura Feda and Thomas Feda on January 25,2017 for $1,475,000
Because the home was built before 1940, a written letter of objection submitted to the Building Division of DPW will trigger an additional 45 day stay of demolition.
