A mid country stone Georgian mansion at 110 Clapboard Ridge Road sold from Camellia Sinensis LLC to Four A Properties LLC (registered to James and Loren Ridinger of Miami, FL) on Dec 21, 2018 for $17,500,000.

The property, which includes a pool house and pool, had been listed for  for $24,995,000.

Records in the Assessor’s office at Greenwich Town Hall indicate the house was built in 2006, but that was the year building permits were issued. Work was completed in 2011.

Previously the house sold to Camellia Sinensis LLC from Nils Nilsen and Leslie Schine on Sept 17, 2010 for $10,500,000.

The property is about 5.34 acres in the RA-2, single family 2-acre zone.

Annual property taxes are $151,214.
