One interesting observation this week is the increase in the number of price reductions. We are still seeing multiple bid situations but perhaps buyers are getting a bit more selective in this area. Sellers should continue to price their homes at market value rather than trying to take advantage of “pandemic pricing.” The homes that have sold as a result of multiple bids have been priced correctly rather than over priced.
