On Sunday, May 22 around 11:30pm several Greenwich Police officers responded to the area of Kenilworth Terrace on a report of a loud party.
Upon arrival police say they discovered there was a high school graduation party taking place at 16 Kenilworth Terrace.
Officers spoke with the homeowner, David Chang, who related to officers that there were beer kegs at this party and that he had purchased them.
Upon inspection of the exterior of the residence, police said that there were two kegs containing beer in plain view.
Mr. Chang, 60, was charged with “Sale or Delivery to Minors, Intoxicated Persons and Habitual Drunkards Prohibited.”
He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on June 21, 2021.
